Cukinię umyć, pokroić w plastry (jeśli jest młoda, nie obieram jej). Delikatnie posolić, posypać czosnkiem i oprószyć mąką. Smażyć/dusić na oliwie, na rozgrzanej patelni, pod przykryciem na małym ogniu, z dwóch stron.
