Składniki:
- 2 średnie cukinie
- 2 pomidory
- 2 ogórki
- 1/2 główki czosnku (zresztą ilość wg uznania;)
- 270 g sera feta
- pieprz do smaku
- 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
Pomidory i ogórki umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w kostkę (ogórki obieram wcześniej ze skórki, pomidory nie, ale to też kwestia indywidualnych preferencji:). Dodać pokrojoną w kostkę fetę i przesudzoną cukinię. Wymieszać, doprawić pieprzem.
