Jeśli macie ochotę na słodkie co-nie-co polecam domowe rurki z bitą śmietaną:)
Składniki na ciasto:
- 0,5 kg mąki
- 250 dkg miękkiego masła
- 250 dkg śmietany
- 1 łyżka proszku
- szczypta soli
Składniki na bitą śmietanę:
- 600 ml śmietany kremówki
- 2 łyżki cukru pudru
Wszystkie składniki na ciasto zagniatamy i chłodzimy w lodówce. Schłodzone ciasto dzielimy na trzy części i każdą rozwałkowujemy na ok. 2-3 mm. Z ciasta wycinamy paski o długości ok. 20 cm. i szerokości ok. 2 cm. Metalowe rurki smarujemy masłem i owijamy ciastem ( ciasto powinno zachodzić na siebie ). Rurki pieczemy na środkowej półce piekarnika, w temp.190 – 200 stopni na złoty kolor przez około 15 minut.
Z gorącego jeszcze ciasta usuwamy metalowe foremki (po wystudzeniu rurki mogą się połamać).
Wystudzone wypełniamy bitą śmietaną - około 600 ml kremówki ubijamy na koniec dodając 2 łyżki cukru pudru.
