Zupa cebulowo-serowa

Rozgrzewająca i  niewymagająca kulinarnych umiejętności czy dostępności składników zupa cebulowa.



Składniki:




  • 6 cebul 
  • 2 marchewki 
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 100 g serka topionego
  • 1 litr bulionu warzywnego
  • 1-2 łyżki oleju lub 2 łyżki masła  
  • sól, pieprz, słodka/ostra papryka w proszku

Marchewkę pokroić w cienkie plastry /idealnie sprawdza się przy tym obieraczka do warzyw/, cebulę w plasterki i dusić w rondlu na oleju/maśle dodając przeciśnięty czosnek. Gdy warzywa zmiękną podlać bulionem, dodać topiony serek i chwilę pogotować. 
Zupę zdjąć z ognia, doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i papryką, całość zmiksować na gładki krem. 
Podawać z grzankami, groszkiem ptysiowym lub szybkim nachos z gotowych placków tortilli - przepis TUTAJ
